Here are a few words from ������ President Willy Schlacks on where we've been and where we're headed:

Friends, clients and supporters,

At ������, the end of the year is an opportunity to reflect on the accomplishments, changes, and obstacles we faced each day. It’s a time to appreciate our growth: new team members; new rental yards; and new products to better solve our customers’ problems. It was a huge year for ������, so it’s only right to reflect on how we've changed in the past 12 months.

Here’s what we packed into 2018:

‍Some crazy growth - We added 9 new rental yards this year and now serve 15 markets across the nation. We welcomed 254 employees into the ������ family in 2018 alone.

‍Technology capabilities expanded - We continued to build on our industry-leading technology to help you get more work done. Here's how we improvein 2018:

• We introduced the connected Sentry Keypad that allows only authorized users to access machines using unique access codes.
• We added the Digital Work Orders feature, eliminating paperwork and streamlining the work order process.
• And we rolled out cameras, including live stream access in our app. Users can install Cameras in the cab for surveillance, use on the dashboard as a dash cam or a combination of the two.

A brand refresh - As ������ grew over the past year, we saw an opportunity for a fresh take on our branding. In July, we debuted a modern version of the ������ gear and an updated font.Our new look is a reflection of our customers: they’re driven, insightful construction professionals using modern tech solutions to get more work done and learn about daily business operations. We’re appreciative of the continual support and constructive feedback from our customers that enable our nonstop innovation in the telematics space.

Out with the old......and in with the new!

Community involvement - The people behind the scenes at ������ aren’t just driven to make an impact in the construction space and work hard. They also care about making positive changes in their own communities. In November 2018, we started EquipmentCare, our company community service and outreach program. This holiday season, our employees donated 124 hours of their time volunteering locally. ������ employees also donated more than $1,000 to several charitable organizations in just a few weeks. We’re proud of our team for going beyond their daily responsibilities to make a difference in others’ lives.

‍Gaining industry knowledge at conferences - When it comes to growing ������, we want to hire the best people and build out the best teams. But we also want to grow in expertise and industry knowledge. In 2018, we learned a lot and showed others what we have to offer by attending and showing at ConExpo and the American ������al Association Show.

‍What's ahead for ������ - We’re coming at 2019 strong. We’re rapidly growing and adding intelligent, ambitious members to the ������ family every day so we can give better serve contractors and construction companies across the nation.
